FIRE AND FLAMES
This Friday, May 19th, the kitchen and the bar at the “Ogonek” restaurant are in the hands of special guests.
The heroes of the tour dinner are the Dreamteam brand chef Alexey Kanevsky and the Dreamteam chef bartender Maxim Pesterev. Alexey Kanevsky is also the chef of the Smoke BBQ restaurant (Moscow) and the acknowledged specialist of Texas barbecue, the art of which he studied in Austin. An exclusive dinner will begin at midday and will last until night. Its menu includes tuna salad with a dressing on the basis of the sweet onion cake, bone marrow with langoustines and orange condensed milk, crispy galbi (grilled ribs), mackerel back with roasted coriander and cashew nuts, “the very same BRISKET” with cucumbers in bourbon and signature BBQ sauce. And for dessert: carrot cake with berries and salted condensed milk. The spirits chosen to accompany the meals are original cocktails compiled by Maxim Pesterev on the basis of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7.
