VIII Неделя Итальянской Кухни в Мире 2023 г. будет носить название «С итальянской кухней за столом: полезно и вкусно». 16 ноября в ресторане Cheeseria состоится гастрономический ужин от шеф-повара Pasquale Iaia (Паскуале Йайа) из Института Amerigo Vespucci г. Рима.
Сам проект «Неделя Итальянской Кухни в Мире» берет свое начало в 2016 году и каждый год реализует более 1000 мероприятий на 5 континентах планеты, включает в себя насыщенную программу мероприятий, проводимых посольствами, консульствами, итальянскими культурными институтами и офисами Агентства ICE за рубежом, и за годы своего существования зарекомендовали себя как эффективный инструмент поддержки продвижения итальянского образа жизни (#italiantaste).
Основные направления, которые отличают мероприятия этого года, определенные Министерством Иностранных Дел Италии, таковы: продвижение средиземноморской диеты и ее ингредиентов; продукция с маркировкой защищенного и контролируемого названия и происхождения, итальянский опыт в сфере обучения гастрономии, кулинарии и гостеприимства и т. д.
A WEEK OF ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD COMES TO KAZAKHSTAN
The Cheeseria restaurant (Almaty) will host the eighth edition of the Italian Cuisine in the world. The eighth edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is titled “A tavola con la cucina italiana: il benessere con gusto” (At the Table with Italian Cuisine: Wellbeing with Taste). On 16 November, the Cheeseria restaurant will host a gastronomic dinner by chef Pasquale Iaia (The Amerigo Vespucci Institute, Rome). The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World has started in 2016 and since that time it implements more than 1,000 events per year on 5 continents of the planet. It includes an extensive program of events held by the network of Italian Embassies, Consulates, and Cultural Institutes and offices of the ICE Agency abroad. Over the years of its existence The Week of Italian Cuisine has proven itself as an effective support tool promoting the Italian lifestyle (#italiantaste). These year’s events, defined by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, include workshops on the Mediterranean diet and its ingredients; products labelled with a protected and controlled name and origin; meetings with economic operators in the sector, training and demonstration classes, and meetings with chefs, etc.
